We offer the following shipping options:

Express DHL & SF Shipping: Delivered within 3-10 business days. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:

Asia: 3-7 business days

Europe and North America: 5-10 business days

Rest of the World: 5-10 business days

Please note that potential delays due to customs clearance is not included. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery. 

International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Time Frame

At Touch Of God, we want you to feel the warmth from our pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund or credit voucher within 7 business days of receiving.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in packaging with all original tags attached. 

Return Process

To submit a return please email admin@touchofgod.co with your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return. Our team will send you a return address and other necessary information within 2 business days. 

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We are happy to accept products that are unused and in original packaging. Please be reminded to use a trackable delivery service provider.

Refunds

Once we have received the products and confirm they are in their original state, refund will be made within 7 working days. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns and will be deducted automatically.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for other products, please email us separately with your order number and selected new products via admin@touchofgod.co, our team will be in touch.
